The mansion in Granatny Lane, better known as the "House of the Architect", was built in 1896 for Anna-Louise Leman, the wife of an honorable citizen, banker Robert Leman

Gothic style and the authentic interior of the building are making the perfect decoration for both classic and conceptual and modern weddings.

The Leman mansion has a spacious banquet hall with snow-white walls, exquisite chandeliers, bas-relief columns, and stained glass windows. The interior of the hall allows you to recreate any creative idea. On the ground floor, there is also a spacious white living room with an antique fireplace and luxurious fretwork on the walls and ceiling, combined with a more intimate pink living room. They are suitable for small cozy events or a buffet table next to a large banquet hall.

The jewel of the mansion is a well-preserved wooden staircase that leads to the second floor and serves as a place for a photo session and a wedding ceremony

On the second floor, in an arched gallery, there is a blue living room with white columns and antique candelabra. The immaculate beauty of the blue living room gothic interior is complemented by three lancet windows.

On the second floor, there is also a large concert hall with a classical style interior: white ceilings with fretwork molding, a balustrade with columns above the windows, and a large sculptural bas-relief depicting an ancient Roman city — the main feature of the hall.

The cinema hall with a capacity of 150 people is located on the third floor of the mansion. It is combined with an exhibition hall, has a stationary stage, is equipped with comfortable soft chairs, a large screen, a set of multimedia and sound hardware.

The new part of the mansion houses an exhibition hall for 500 people. It was opened after reconstruction in 2013 and is a spacious, bright area with a stage and ceiling lighting. The hall has no internal columns and partitions, which makes it easy to place stands and large-sized decor, as well as to zone the space.
